Implementation Once ATICTS is purchased, Data Enterprises assigns a software specialist to be the liaison and provide assistance throughout the implementation process. After Data Enterprises sends out the software, the technician will arrange to be on site for the actual installation. Once on site, they will install ATICTS onto the designated server; and train both users and administrator personnel.
 
Data Conversion Standard files such as: Items, Employees, Departments and Issue records can be imported from your legacy system over to ATICTS data file formats.
 
Training After the initial installation of the ATICTS software, which includes user and administrator training, Data Enterprises provides many on-going ATICTS continuing training opportunities:
  1. The ATICTS software package contains a Training module. This is a user-initiated, self-directed and self-paced tutorial that provides step-by-step training on all ATICTS functions. Users can learn as much or as little as they need to during each session, making the training truly custom to suit their specific needs and time availability.

  2. Data Enterprises sponsors an annual Userís Conference.  Specific training is included in this conference that includes both new software release information and ATICTS and related software training for both novice and experienced system users. This is held in Bellevue, Washington, where Data Enterprises is located.

  3. You may also contact Data Enterprises directly to discuss your specific training needs, whether for beginning or experienced ATICTS users. We will be happy to provide a custom quote for training time on-site at your facility. This is the most intensive training after the initial training; the curriculum is dictated solely by your organization’s needs and will be tailored to your organizations needs and goals.

Custom Programming ATICTS is an extensive inventory management system, but occasionally our customers need additional functionality that is outside of the normal functions of the system.  This includes such functions as data import or extract routines; or customized reports specific to your site.  Data Enterprises can assist you with these needs on a per customer basis.
