Qualification and Safety Licensing

Many organizations have equipment (e.g. respirators and safety harnesses) that requires special training or certifications and this process of Licensing ensures that the protocols are maintained.

The Licensing module is used to restrict access to Items, throughout the Issue processes. ATICTS checks to ensure that the Issuee has sufficient authority to use a particular piece of equipment.

Items are assigned a licensing code and all individuals that the item is issued to, must have the corresponding code on their master record, or issue will be denied. In the case of employees an optional expiration date can be assigned.
