On site time is provided for a minimum of 24 hours (three days). Travel expenses are not included and are the exclusive responsibility of the customer. Training and installation outlines are available upon request.
Training, rate per 8 hour day, 3 day minimum. Customer must also pay travel expenses at cost.
Additional on-site hours are available.
Hot-Line support is provided for the exclusive use of our current Licensed Customers who have paid the ATICTS Annual License fee. Hot-Line support services include trouble shooting, error correction, advice and consultation to the monthly time limit specified.
